Product Description

This Pack includes:

1 x Vision 4000 Full Face Respirator
1 x Pro2000 P3 Particle Filter Cartridge

Available in M/L Medium/Large size, M Medium & S Small, we are supplying the Scott Vision full face mask with a P3 filter for protection against absorption through the eyes and inhalation of viruses, bacteria, parasites and micro-organisms.

The Scott Vision respirators have an unparalleled 98% field of vision.

These respirators are NOT suitable for wearing with stubble or beards - ENSURE YOU ARE CLEAN SHAVEN.

If being used for medical purposes spent filters would be treated as medical waste and the disposal route would be the same as any other contaminated items (outerwear, aprons, gloves etc).

Please see the advice below from the filter manufacturer specifically related to use of these products for protection against viruses:

When reusing these products after use or exposure to viruses, whilst the filter itself will continue to filter the hazard, what we, as a filter manufacturer cannot guard against is cross contamination that someone could get by handling a previously used filter. The exterior of the filter (plastic parts) could be wiped down with a suitable detergent/disinfectant, the decision to reuse would fall within the customers risk assessment.

When a respirator is worn in an area with a suspect or confirmed patient it should be considered potentially contaminated with infectious material. While the outside (cartridge type) could be cleaned the filter material cannot. nCoV can be transferred by contact i.e. touch and therefore filters should be treated as disposable.
